King County International Airport/Boeing Field often serves as the nerve center that connects the local aviation community to different corners of the state.
For our users who travel to and from the Kitsap Peninsula, here’s a heads up that Bremerton National Airport will temporarily close its runway Sept. 18-29.
The airport – located at 8850 SW State Highway 3 in Bremerton – is scheduled for a pavement maintenance project intended to extend the life of its runway (20/02).
Bremerton National says the work may conclude by Friday, Sept. 22, but that reopening date is dependent on a number of variables, according to Bremerton National.
