You can review the information that was shared at the open house by reading through the open house display boards and project fact sheet. Additional information can be found on our website.

Airport Working Group
Before the open house, the Airport Working Group convened for its second meeting to talk about the findings of the second technical working paper focused on the airport’s capacity analysis and facility requirements. The Working Group represents a wide variety of airport, business and community representatives and will meet about five times over 18 months to provide input on the Master Plan Update. All Working Group meetings are open to the public. You can find the schedule on our website.

Next steps
King County will host another Working Group meeting and open house on January 31, Spring 2017. These meetings will share information from the third technical working paper on development alternatives. An alternatives analysis explores the different options available to achieve the airport’s goals. The alternatives will be informed by concerns and key issues identified by airport tenants, users, and community members. Stay tuned for opportunities to review and provide input on the alternatives in January.
